coking Co.Ltd is the earliest listed company in the coking trade
of China which was exclusively initiated by Shanxi Coking Group
Co.Ltd and set up in the mode of funds raising.It is a large
coal chemical engineering comprehensice utilization enterprise
collecting coal mining,coal washing,coking,gas and coal tar
processing as an integral;and also one of the largest metallurgical
coke production and exporting enterprises. The company now has
many sets of production installations with an annual capacity
of 1 million tons of metallurgical coke,130,000 tons of carbamide.50,000
tons of processed coal tar,8,600 tons of ammonia sulphate,12,000
tons of crude benzene,7000 tons of maleic anhydride,with more
than 50 varieties of products in total.This company passed the
authentication of ISO9002 Quality System in December,1997,took
the lead in passing the authentication of ISO14001 Environmental
Management System in the nationwide coking trade in February,2000
and passed the authentication of professional Health and Safety
Management of China and an Advanced Enterprise in Environmental
Protection of China. The 600,000 ton annual capacity coke-oven
and the complementary gas and coal tar processing installations
of No.1 cokery of this company were set up in 1979 and have
a history of more than 20 years.The ShanjiaoBrand high-quality
metallurgical coke produced by the coke-oven is a famous brand
product at home and enjoys great fame among the iron and steel
enterprises in China.NO.2 cokery went into operation in April,2001,with
a total engineering investment of RMB 907 million Yuan,with
the overall technology reaching the advanced international level
of late 1990's.Its newly increased annual capacity is 1 milliontons
of special grade metallurgical coke,43,800 tons of coaltar,12,483
tons of crude benzene,1,342 tons of sulphur,and 12,000 kilowatts/hour
of gas-generated energy.The special grade cokeis to be completely
exported to the intermational market.According to the planning
requirements of Shanxi Province for constructing four large
industries-garden zones and by relying on its own superiorities
in technology,management and resources,the company has worked
out the magnificent development planning:complete the 300,000
tons capacity coal tar processing project and newly build a
coke-oven project with a production capacity of 1.5 million
tons of coke by 2006;and reach an annual capcity of 5 million
tons of raw coal,5 million tons of washed coal,5 million tons
of coke,300,000 tons of methanol,300,000 tons of processed coal
tar,and 20,000 kilowatts/hour of power by 2010.After the fulfillment
of the whole planning,Shanxi Coking Co.,Ltd will become the
largest salable coke production and exporting base in China,and
will become a strong contingent in the world's coking trade. |
