1.Basic state
　　We build the project of 300,000 tons coal tar/years according to the government policy.
　　The scale is include various production equipments,such as coal tar prediposal,coal tar distil,wash,naphthalene distil,hydroxybenzene,biding,gumalong colophony and asphaltum,among them ,some are imported equipments.Its main products are phenol,cresol,gumalong,biding,quinoline ,paint and asphaltum. The demand of ydroxybenzene products are abut 300,000 tons at home,while domestic production ability is only 210,000 tons.Other products also welcomed market.

2.Investment&profit
　　We invested total 88460.27 ten thousands,among them capital asserts is 78960 ten thousands.Its income will be 71718.63 ten thousands,profit is 14788.27 ten thousands.And It will take 2 years to construct.

3.Schedule
　　The document No. [2001]1013 allowed the project by Stational economy and trade in Oct,2001 and rated as “6th capital project”. We plan that the start working will be in next half year,and put into production will be in Jun,2006.
